Effective wastewater reuse

Every drop of water needs to be put to optimal use. This makes water reuse technology hugely important for a sustainable future. In this water reuse pilot project, we used smart technology to show that we can upgrade water of any quality into something usable.

Sand filtration, Ultrafiltration and Reverse osmosis for proven water reuse

Our pilot unit works as follows. It’s actually a container that houses several water reuse technologies: sand filtration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis. The sand filtration, ultrafiltration and cleaning systems provide optimal pretreatment, and the reverse osmosis system reprocesses the water into high-quality process water for reuse. Thanks to extensive automation and smart technologies, the system itself anticipates changes in water quality. This ensures optimal treatment and opens the way to successful wastewater reuse.
